- Gas metal arc welding (GMAW) and flux-cored arc welding (FCAW) stations

Quality Assurance Process
Every project undergoes strict quality control at 12 inspection checkpoints:
- Raw material receipt and verification (mill test certificates EN 10204 3.1)
- Material traceability and storage
- CNC cutting and drilling dimensional verification
- Welding procedure qualification (WPS/PQR)
- Welder qualification verification
- In-process welding inspection (visual + dimensional)
- Non-destructive testing (UT, MT, RT as required)
- Surface preparation inspection (Sa 2.5 verification)
- Coating application and thickness measurement (DFT gauge)
- Trial assembly of critical connections
- Packaging and loading inspection
- Documentation review and shipment release
Third-party inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV, or classification societies (DNV, ABS, BV) is available on request for any project.
